VI. I interviewed two individuals to see what their response would be to my (our) plan. Their responses are as follows.
Hector Gonzalez
Although he did say the Patriot Act does serve its purpose to prevent terrorism in the United States, he agreed that the American people should not have their individual rights violated. His biggest concern was that allowing the government too much authority can lead to corruption. Therefore he is agrees that abolishing the USA Patriot Act is the right thing to do.
Maritza Gonzalez
She agreed with my proposal with abolishing the Patriot Act and said the Bill of Rights were made for a reason and they shouldn't be ignored. The government should not have the authority to violate the people's rights even if it's used to prevent terrorism.

VII. My (our) answer, based on our research, to their objections and concerns are that terrorism will be harder to stop with our bill reform. Although this may be true, myself including my colleagues, would agree that the American people deserve to have the rights that have been implemented by the U.S. Constitution. Both people I interviewed agreed with our bill and I believe it will be successful.
